When you're training to build chest muscles, doing bench press helps but its not the be-all end-all.
In fact, there is an exercise that you can do anywhere that's just as effective for getting massive pecs as the bench press.
I'm talking about indian leg-wrestling....
Not really.... I'm talking about push-ups.
Yes its true... You can get big pecs and build chest muscles with little old push-ups.
Push-ups is arguably the best chest exercise for getting ripped chest muscles...

Insane Push-up Workout To Build Chest Muscle Fast
If you're wanting to build chest muscles fast, then try doing this twice a week...
So what you're going to do is... 10 sets of push-ups.
Not just any 10 sets though...
Each set you will do as many push-ups as you can...
Also, you will alternate your hand-width..
So on the first set, you'll use a really wide grip.. or put your hands really far apart to get a really good upper chest workout..
The next set, use a regular stance...so put your hands pretty much directly under your shoulders...
The third set, put your hands really close together so that you're hitting your triceps more than your chest.
Those are the three widths you'll cycle through: So you'll do each one three times and your last set will be wide grip for the fourth time.
When you're done, total up all the push-ups you've done....
Ideally it should be more than 100.
If its at least 200 you're doing good.
300 means you're in good shape, and 400 means you're tough.
If you can build up to where you're getting between 450-500... you'll be a very bad man with some very big pecs...
Oh, I forgot to mention... Only take a 1 minute break in between sets. Just keep a timer in front of you on the floor while you do this and keep yourself honest with the rest time.
Whenever you're doing intense fitness training like this.. its important that you're eating to build muscle mass...
That means eating a lot of clean, healthy, and nutrient-dense foods...
