Chicken Casseroles

My flagship bodybuilding meal is chicken casserole. I have found this to be the one of the most nutritious, best-tasting, and accessible meals for getting the nutrients I need each day.
Its full of protein, healthy complex carbs, and veggies.
The main components are usually chicken, brown rice, and veggies.
It tastes great and its easy to pack around in tupperware to work or wherever I need to go.
You can make the casserole in a variety of ways, so you don't have to eat the exact same thing week in and week out.
Also, I usually just make one on Saturday or Sunday and I have the majority of my meals made for the next week.
I really don't follow a certain recipe to make it, here is what I usually do...
1-I cook about 8-10 chicken breasts by simply boiling them, then I cut the chicken up into bite-sized pieces.
2-Cook 2 boxes of brown rice, that makes just the right amount..
3-Get a bag of frozen veggies, usually broccoli leaflets, and cook them real quick.
4-Get a low-fat can of cream of chicken or mushroom soup and mix it up with the rice.
5-Mix everything together in a cake pan and put it in the oven at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes..
6-Voila!
Try this out- its an easy way to add a great muscle building food into your diet!
