Mens Fashion Advice Question: How do I know what's in style?

Your site's pages about men's fashion are a good start for guys that have been wearing basketball shoes with jeans their whole lives...lol... but I'm wondering about the up to the minute mens fashion advice that changes with the seasons... how am I supposed to know what the new styles and looks are??

Well, the good news for us guys is that classic men's fashion doesn't change a whole lot.

Yes, like anything else, there are fads that come and go... like those emo scarves and skinny jeans... but for the most part there are certain mens clothing items that will always look good.

Let me say this... I am not a Milan-runway-fashion type of guy. I really don't stay up to the minute on whats being worn in Paris... because it doesn't matter.

I'm not saying you shouldn't be interested in what that is though.. it might be your thing and that's great.

My personal interest in men's fashion is about making it simple for any guy to look good in classic, timeless styles.

One thing to be aware of... If you are decked out in flashy, flamboyant designer gear, you are limiting yourself to a certain type of woman in most cases.

Again, that might be what you want... but take a guy that is good at talking to women and creating attraction that dresses like a normal guy, while still looking good... and he can get those women, AND all the other types of women.

So uhh... I would give you some resources for more info on what you're asking about... but like I said, I really don't even know where to find that kind of information.

The main thing I read and follow are magazines like GQ, which basically showcases... classic and timeless styles.
